"You must get so many emails telling you how right you are and thanking you for making it possible to enjoy teaching again. I can't believe how different I feel after just two days of implementing your rules. I teach 4th grade and I had to tweek them some, but I can only say it's a miracle.
I patiently waited with my 27 students standing in "line basics formation" waiting for the hoards of students to stampede by with their teachers yelling, or ignoring their behavior. The students never listened to them and they didn't expect them to. I quietly led my well behaved students to the classroom.
