A Classroom Management Plan that Works!
Classroom Discipline 101 Frequently Asked Questions
Is Classroom Discipline 101 available in bookstores? Where can I get a hardcopy?
At this point Classroom Discipline is an eBook for download only over the internet. There is a smaller printable version available by request after purchasing the book which makes it easier for self- printing.
Your discipline system seems as if it is for secondary (older) students. Will it work well with elementary school students and younger grades?
Initially Classroom Discipline 101 was written for secondary students (Grades 6-12), and those were the grades from which I culled my experience. However, I received such strong praise and positive response from elementary school teachers following the books release that I know the techniques to be effective at all levels.
Some adjustments may be necessary for younger students, especially those in the early grades, but most of the concepts are useful at any age. I have even been told by some teachers that it has helped them with the parenting of their toddlers! Also, there are comments and suggestions at the Classroom Discipline 101 Teachers Lounge (classroomdiscipline101/classroom-management) by elementary teachers on adjustments and techniques. Classroom Discipline 101 also comes with a full money-back guarantee, so there is no risk to you for giving it a try no matter what your situation may be.
I signed up for your ‘Five of the Biggest Discipline Mistakes Teachers Make’ course but did not receive some of the lessons. What happened?
The course is sent to your email via an autoresponder, and sometimes these emails get classified by your email client as ‘junk mail’. Check your junk mail folder for any missing lessons, and mark the address as ‘safe’ for the future. If you ordered the ebook at the same time or shortly after, the same information is in the book, so it cancels out the 5 of the Biggest Discipline Mistakes course.
I ordered your ebook Classroom Discipline 101 and after downloading, I cannot open the files. I get the message ‘Files damaged or corrupted’ or ‘Adobe Reader cannot read the files’. What do I do?
Before downloading make sure you have downloaded the latest version of Adobe Reader, available free at adobe.com. Adobe Reader usually comes as a program already on your computer, but has to be updated from time to time. Another suspected cause of these errors is an incomplete download. Please check your file sizes against those stated on the download page and re-download if yours are smaller.
If that does not solve the problem, write me at: craigseganti@classroomdiscipline101.com with your receipt number and I will resend you the files, usually within 24-48 hours in an uncompressed format which opens easily.
I downloaded the files but cannot find them on my computer.
Try running a search on your computer for ‘Classroom Discipline 101’ or 'CD101'. The search results should tell you which folder the materials were downloaded to.
I want to buy Classroom Discipline 101 but don’t like to give my information out over the internet. Is there another way I can order?
The only way to order Classroom Discipline 101 is on the site through Paypal, with a credit card or a Paypal account. Paypal is a worldwide trusted processor for these transactions.
